Our Mission: To inspire and feed Long Beach and beyond.

The ninth annual event scheduled for October 19 – 29, 2023, CANstruction Long Beach is a unique event where teams of architects and engineers are challenged to build a 10′ x 10′ x 10′ structure out of CANNED goods. Following the build, the structures are on display to the public for 10 days. After the event, the structures are disassembled and all cans are donated to Food Finders.
